- Choice of sauce on side (Choose one: Buffalo, Sticky Szechuan BBQ, Sweet and Spicy Garlic, and Alabama White)
- Choice of Ranch or Bleu cheese on side

- Jalapeños stuffed with brisket and cream cheese, wrapped in bacon and smoked.
Smoked Brisket Chili
- 1qt: Serves 4-6
- Half Pan: Serves 12-15
- Full Pan: Serves 20-25
- Comes with cheese, crackers and onions relative to the amount ordered
